About this program
The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority Tax Credit Program awards tax credits to nonprofit and community development projects that create jobs, support affordable housing, improve downtowns, expand childcare, or provide community facilities and services. Approved organizations sell credits to businesses, converting them into project equity.
Eligibility
Eligible New Hampshire nonprofits, municipalities, and community development organizations with qualifying community economic development projects.
Requirements
- Submit CDFA tax credit application with project scope, budget, community impact, and readiness documentation
- Secure business donors to purchase awarded tax credits
- Complete project, compliance, and reporting requirements under CDFA award terms
