Provides technical assistance and small grants to Colorado small businesses to help them legally establish and formalize their operations. Includes 3 required training paths and certification, after which businesses may apply for grant funding.

Eligibility
Colorado small businesses, particularly those owned by minorities, women, or veterans, that need help with legal business establishment. Must complete 3 training paths to be eligible for the small grant.
