About this program
The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Small Business Recovery Grant Program provides grant funds through participating member financial institutions to eligible small businesses and nonprofits in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The 2026 program opens May 26, 2026 and is scheduled to close July 18, 2026, with grants of up to $10,000 available to eligible small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Yonkers businesses must apply through or be sponsored by an FHLBNY member financial institution and meet the program's small business, revenue, and documentation requirements.
