High Road to Construction Careers 2026 (HRCC 2026) Grant Program
$8 million in Round 1 funding for existing HRCC grantees as a 'bridge' between the HRCC Resilient Workforce Fund and Round Two. Program supports training workers to meet hiring needs of public infrastructure and construction projects, with priority for women, veterans, and justice-involved individuals seeking entry to apprenticeship programs.

Eligibility
Round 1 is open to existing HRCC grantee regions only. Eligible applicants include businesses, individuals, nonprofits, and tribal governments serving as Lead Applicant or Fiscal Agent for an HRCC partnership.
