About this program
The Multi-Fund Venture Capital Program is part of Minnesota's SSBCI 2.0 strategy to expand venture capital availability through investment funds. The program supports fund managers that invest in eligible Minnesota businesses, helping leverage private capital for startups and growth companies in the state.
Eligibility
Eligible participants include approved venture funds and eligible Minnesota portfolio companies that meet SSBCI and DEED investment requirements.
Requirements
- Fund manager or investment vehicle must be approved under the Minnesota SSBCI venture capital program.
- Portfolio company must be an eligible Minnesota business.
- Investment must comply with SSBCI and DEED requirements.
