About this program
Connecticut Green Bank's C-PACE program provides long-term financing for eligible energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience improvements on commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit properties.
Eligibility
Connecticut commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit property owners with eligible clean energy or resilience improvements and property tax assessment eligibility.
Requirements
- Apply through Connecticut Green Bank or a C-PACE lender
- Document eligible project scope and energy savings
- Obtain mortgage holder consent and complete assessment closing
