Grants for residential small-scale solar PV projects in Rhode Island. Grants up to $14,500 for homeowners. Three rounds in 2026: May 1, July 17, and October 16. Installed through registered solar installers who apply on the homeowner's behalf.

Requirements
- Must be a Rhode Island homeowner installing a net-metered solar system
- Solar installer must be registered with the Department of Business Regulation
- Installer applies for the grant on homeowner's behalf
