Port of Oakland and regional air quality partners pursue grants and incentive programs for zero-emission trucks, cargo handling equipment, charging infrastructure, and clean freight projects that reduce emissions around the port and West Oakland.
Eligibility
Port tenants, fleet operators, truck owners, logistics businesses, and equipment operators serving the Port of Oakland and meeting program-specific clean transportation requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through active Port, air district, state, or federal clean freight incentive opportunities
- Provide fleet, equipment, route, emissions, project cost, and deployment information
- Comply with scrappage, reporting, operations, and verification requirements
