Eligibility
Pennsylvania women-owned businesses and other eligible small businesses may apply through participating CDFIs for working capital, equipment, leasehold improvements, real estate, and contract-readiness support.
Requirements
- Operate as an eligible Pennsylvania small business or women-owned business
- Apply through a participating community development financial institution
- Provide business financials, ownership information, project budget, and use-of-funds documentation
