About this program
The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Economic Development Bank provides financial and technical assistance through loan programs for small and medium-sized businesses seeking to start, expand, purchase a business, buy inventory or equipment, make leasehold improvements, or fund working capital.
Eligibility
U.S. Virgin Islands small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs, including St. John businesses, that meet EDB lending and eligible-use requirements.
Requirements

- Provide business plan, financial statements, owner information, use of funds, collateral, and repayment information
- Meet underwriting, technical assistance, compliance, and loan agreement requirements
