Eligibility
Any New Jersey small business owner or entrepreneur in professional services. Services are provided at no cost through federal, state, and local grant funding. Clients must complete an eRFC form.
Requirements
- Must be a New Jersey-based professional services business or aspiring entrepreneur
- Must complete an eRFC (electronic Request for Counseling) form before receiving services
