Eligibility
Businesses with qualifying projects that are also approved under eligible Illinois incentive programs may use Blue Collar Jobs Act credits for qualifying construction wages.
Requirements
- Have an eligible Illinois economic development project tied to a qualifying incentive agreement.
- Track and document qualifying construction jobs and wages.
- Apply for certification and comply with DCEO and tax credit reporting requirements.
