About this program
Gary may use CDBG funds for eligible public facility and infrastructure improvements that meet HUD requirements, including neighborhood revitalization, accessibility, public buildings, and infrastructure serving low- and moderate-income areas.
Eligibility
Eligible public agencies, nonprofits, and project sponsors with qualifying Gary public facility or infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Meet CDBG national objective and eligible activity requirements
- Provide project scope, budget, location, beneficiaries, and readiness documentation
- Comply with federal environmental review, procurement, labor standards, and reporting
