Eligibility
Oregon businesses, organizations, local governments, and individuals operating medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles, model year 1992 and newer. Awarded to 43 Oregon businesses and fleet operators in 2025.
Requirements
- Must operate an eligible diesel medium or heavy-duty vehicle in Oregon
- Vehicle must be model year 1992 or newer
- Must scrap old diesel vehicle and replace with zero-emission alternative
