Funds technology commercialization projects from qualifying Maryland universities. Helps move research from lab to market by supporting market analysis, prototype development, and company formation.

Eligibility
Faculty, researchers, and graduate students at participating Maryland universities (Johns Hopkins, UMD College Park, UMBC, UMB, Morgan State). Companies licensing university tech also eligible.
