For-profit small businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals seeking contracts on HART federally-assisted projects.
Requirements
- Must be a for-profit small business
- Must be at least 51% owned and controlled by disadvantaged individuals
- Must obtain DBE certification through HDOT
