SBA Boots to Business (B2B) – Transition Assistance Program
Free SBA entrepreneurship education and training program delivered as part of the DoD Transition Assistance Program (TAP) on military installations, giving active-duty transitioning service members and their spouses an overview of business ownership fundamentals and access to SBA resources.

Eligibility
Active-duty transitioning service members and their spouses (on-installation TAP track); National Guard and Reserve members and veterans of all eras access the equivalent off-installation Boots to Business Reboot program.
Requirements
- Active-duty service member in the TAP transition process or military spouse
- Attend the two-day on-installation B2B course through the DoD TAP program
- Register through the installation Transition Service Manager or the NE/IA VBOC
