Interest rate reduction of up to 2% on existing business loans for OMWBE-certified women- and minority-owned businesses. State deposits funds with participating lenders who pass the full rate discount to borrowers.

- Active OMWBE state certification
- Loan originated through a participating lender
- Maximum $1 million per loan
