Oregon state grants up to $100,000 for planning and up to $1 million for construction of renewable energy, energy resilience, and energy storage projects for Tribes, public bodies, and consumer-owned utilities. $12 million available in current round.

Eligibility
Tribal entities, local governments, port and irrigation districts, and consumer-owned utilities in Oregon. Private businesses may partner with eligible applicants. At least 50% of funds reserved for environmental justice communities.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Tribal entity, local government, port district, irrigation district, or consumer-owned utility
- Project must be a renewable energy, energy storage, EV charging, or microgrid system
- Planning grants up to $100,000; construction grants up to $1,000,000
