About this program
The Michigan CDFI Fund Program supports community development financial institutions that provide capital and technical assistance to small businesses, developers, nonprofits, and community projects in underserved Michigan markets.
Eligibility
Certified or eligible CDFIs and the Michigan businesses or community projects they finance in underserved communities.
Requirements
- CDFIs apply through MEDC funding opportunities when available
- Borrowers work directly with participating CDFIs
- Meet applicable CDFI underwriting, impact, and reporting requirements
