Long-term, low-interest private financing for commercial property owners in Oklahoma to fund up to 100% of costs for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements, repaid as a special property assessment.

Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, agricultural, office, multifamily (5+ units), and non-governmental tax-exempt properties in Oklahoma. Enacted May 20, 2020.
Requirements
- Property must be commercial, industrial, agricultural, office, multifamily (5+ units), or qualifying non-governmental tax-exempt property
- Improvements must be eligible energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, or resiliency projects
- Loan repaid as a special assessment on the property over the useful life of improvements
