About this program
The Promise Act Grant Program provides grants to eligible businesses in Minnesota communities affected by structural racial discrimination, civil unrest, lack of access to capital, population loss, aging population, or lack of regional economic diversification.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses located or operating in designated Minnesota communities and meeting Promise Act partner guidelines.
Requirements
- Apply through the assigned Promise Act regional partner during open rounds
- Provide business location, ownership, revenue, need, and eligible expense information
- Meet program geography, business size, documentation, and reporting requirements
