Federal certification that allows eligible veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned New Mexico small businesses to compete for federal and VA set-aside contracts.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more veterans or service-disabled veterans and identified by VA as veterans or service-disabled veterans.
Requirements
- Qualify as a small business under SBA size standards
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more veterans
- For SDVOSB certification, be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more veterans rated service-disabled by VA
