New York State MWBE certification helps eligible minority-owned businesses access state contracting, procurement, and supplier diversity opportunities across New York State.
Eligibility
Businesses that are at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by minority group members or women and meet New York State certification requirements.
Requirements
- Submit the New York State Contract System application with ownership and control documents, business formation records, tax documents, resumes, operating agreements, proof of qualifying minority ownership, and required affidavits.
