Vermont's Downtown and Village Center Tax Credit program supports building rehabilitation and improvements that strengthen designated downtowns, village centers, and neighborhood development areas.
Eligibility
Owners or lessees of eligible income-producing buildings in designated Brattleboro or Vermont downtowns, village centers, and related areas.
Requirements
- Property must be in an eligible designated area
- Complete qualifying rehabilitation, code, facade, or technology improvements
- Apply during the tax credit round
