About this program
The Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands expanded enterprise and commercial zones in Charlotte Amalie, including Veterans Drive, Guttets Gade, Wimmelskafts Gade, and Commandant Gade Over Vandet, making businesses in these areas eligible for VIEDA and Enterprise Zone Commission incentives such as tax credits, facade improvement assistance, and business development resources.
Eligibility
Businesses and property owners located in newly designated Charlotte Amalie commercial zones with eligible revitalization, facade, or business development projects.
Requirements
- Confirm updated commercial zone eligibility with VIEDA and the Enterprise Zone Commission
- Provide property location, business activity, improvement scope, investment, and job information
- Apply under applicable VIEDA or Enterprise Zone Commission guidance once maps and application materials are published
