Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Pennsylvania farmers or farm vendors who grow eligible fruits, vegetables, or herbs and want authorization to accept FMNP and Senior FMNP checks at approved farmers markets, farm stands, or direct marketing locations.
Requirements
- Be a Pennsylvania farmer or eligible farm vendor selling qualified locally grown produce or herbs.
- Submit the eligible farmer application to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
- Complete any required training or authorization steps.
