Eligibility
Eligible projects include qualified entities such as manufacturing, processing, assembling, warehousing, distribution, or JTIP-eligible economic-base employers that expand or relocate in New Mexico and produce public benefits.
Requirements
- Be a qualified entity under LEDA, such as a manufacturing, processing, assembling, or economic-base business
- Work with an eligible local government or New Mexico EDD on the project structure
- Demonstrate financial soundness, project readiness, job creation, capital investment, and public benefit
