Delaware Division of the Arts General Operating Support provides annual operating funds to qualified Delaware arts organizations to sustain public arts programming, organizational capacity, and access to arts and culture.

Delaware nonprofit arts organizations meeting DDOA eligibility, history, arts programming, governance, and application requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the Delaware Division of the Arts grant portal during the annual cycle
- Provide nonprofit status, financials, programming history, budget, work samples, and public benefit information
- Comply with state grant agreement, acknowledgement, and reporting requirements
