Eligibility
For-profit small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including qualifying Native American owners, may apply for DBE certification through Georgia's UCP process.
Requirements
- Submit a DBE certification application through GDOT or the Georgia Unified Certification Program.
- Provide ownership, control, personal net worth, business, tax, and disadvantaged-status documentation.
- Meet DBE eligibility, site visit, review, and annual affidavit requirements.
