Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and other eligible project sponsors undertaking qualifying construction, rehabilitation, expansion, or equipment projects in Albany County.
Requirements
- Submit IDA application with project description, budget, financing, jobs, and public benefit information
- Meet IDA eligibility, cost-benefit, and public hearing requirements
- Comply with PILOT, reporting, local labor, and recapture provisions where applicable
