About this program
The Downtown Investment Authority Storefront Facade Grant Program reimburses eligible exterior improvements in the Downtown Jacksonville Historic District within the Northbank CRA. The program is intended to activate streetscapes, restore historic storefronts, and improve the visual quality of downtown buildings.
Eligibility
Owners or tenants with owner approval for eligible storefronts in the Downtown Jacksonville Historic District.
Requirements
- Property must be in the eligible historic district
- Submit facade scope, cost estimates, approvals, and permits
- Complete approved work before reimbursement
