Eligibility
Eligible firms must be small businesses that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and meet federal DBE rules.
Requirements
- Operate as a small business seeking transportation-related contracting opportunities.
- Demonstrate at least 51 percent qualifying disadvantaged ownership and control.
- Submit DBE certification materials through the South Carolina Unified Certification Program process.
