Annual operating support grants for established Delaware arts organizations to ensure year-round participation in the arts. Part of a three-year application cycle with full applications every three years and interim applications in off years.

Nonprofit, tax-exempt arts organizations chartered and based in Delaware with total operating income over $16,000 for the last completed fiscal year. Applications submitted through the smARTDE online system.

- Total operating income over $16,000 in most recent fiscal year
- Annual application deadline March 1
