Minimum allocation $350,000 per county. Funds distributed locally and used for purchase assistance, rehabilitation, and other affordable housing initiatives.
Eligibility
Funds distributed to local governments who establish a local housing assistance program and plan (LHAP). Eligible end users (homeowners/renters) must qualify by income (very low-, low-, moderate-income) and meet local program requirements.
