Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Pennsylvania manufacturers, industrial businesses, agricultural processors, research and development firms, and certain other businesses applying through a certified economic development organization for eligible fixed assets, real estate, equipment, or working capital projects.
Requirements
- Operate or expand an eligible business project in Pennsylvania.
- Apply through a certified economic development organization.
- Provide business financials, project budget, job impact, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation.
