Eligibility
Texas businesses and non-profits in biotechnology, biomedicine, and health product development. Must have 3+ years of operating history and demonstrate need for non-traditional financing.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of operating history
- Must be developing new or improved health, biotech, or biomedicine products in Texas
- Must demonstrate inability to obtain full financing on workable terms from traditional markets
