About this program
Toledo’s Facade Improvement Planning Grant Program supports property owners with early design, planning, and predevelopment costs for future facade improvements in eligible Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas or low- to moderate-income census tracts.
Eligibility
Owners or eligible applicants with properties in qualifying Toledo NRSA or low- to moderate-income census tracts planning facade improvement projects.
Requirements
- Confirm property is in an eligible NRSA or LMI census tract
- Submit planning scope, professional services budget, property information, and project concept
- Use funds for eligible planning and design costs and follow city reporting requirements
