About this program
WESST provides small business loans, consulting, and training to entrepreneurs throughout New Mexico. Loan funds can support startup and expansion costs such as inventory, equipment, working capital, leasehold improvements, and business operations.
Eligibility
New Mexico small businesses and entrepreneurs meeting WESST underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan request, business plan or project description, owner information, and financial documents
- Demonstrate eligible use of funds and capacity to repay
- Participate in business consulting or training when required and complete loan closing requirements
