The North Dakota New Jobs Training Program provides financing (loan, reimbursement grant, or self-financing option) to primary sector businesses creating new full-time jobs in ND, with state income tax withholding from new positions matched for up to 10 years. New employers locating in ND must create a minimum of five new jobs.
