Business & Community Lenders of Texas is a certified CDFI that provides small business lending, coaching, and economic development support to businesses across Texas, including Dallas.
Eligibility
Texas small businesses and entrepreneurs that meet BCL loan underwriting requirements and have eligible startup, working capital, equipment, or expansion needs.
Requirements

- Provide business and financial documentation
- Complete underwriting and advising requirements
