The Oklahoma Construction Industries Board partners with Oklahoma CareerTech institutions and vocational schools offering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing trade coursework through formal contracts supporting trades workforce development.

Eligibility
Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education institutions, vocational/technical schools at secondary and postsecondary level offering coursework in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or roofing trades. Also supports licensed apprentice registration and oversight.
Requirements
- Must be an Oklahoma CareerTech institution or vocational/technical school
- Must offer trade coursework in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or roofing
- Apprentices must register with the CIB
