Owners or developers of certified historic structures in Connecticut with qualified rehabilitation expenditures and approved project plans.
Requirements
- Apply to the State Historic Preservation Office before work begins
- Receive required Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 approvals
- Document qualified rehabilitation expenditures and comply with preservation standards
