Business Attraction Incentive to Torrance Program

Eligibility
Corporate tenants relocating to Torrance that either bring at least 100 additional professional or skilled-labor employees above what previously existed at the site or generate at least a 20 percent increase in the City share of sales tax revenue for four consecutive quarters.
Requirements
- Relocate a qualifying corporate tenant business to Torrance
- Bring at least 100 additional professionals or skilled labor employees above the site's prior employment level or generate at least a 20 percent increase in the City's sales tax share for four complete and consecutive quarters
- Submit the Business Attraction Incentive Program application to the City of Torrance Office of Economic Development
