Eligibility
Eligible projects are competitive business attraction, expansion, or retention projects in Pennsylvania that create or retain jobs and make a meaningful capital investment, with manufacturing and industrial projects commonly eligible when they meet DCED requirements.
Requirements
- Propose a competitive Pennsylvania expansion, retention, or attraction project.
- Demonstrate job creation or retention and capital investment.
- Work with DCED before project commitment or announcement.
