Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing providers, service organizations, and public partners with eligible Durham housing projects.
Requirements
- Align project with city affordable housing or homelessness response priorities
- Submit project scope, budget, financing plan, affordability or service commitments, and partner information
- Meet city underwriting, contract, reporting, and compliance requirements
