About this program

The Athens-Clarke County Community Partnership Program is an annual local grant program managed by the Housing and Community Development Department. The program provides ACCGov general fund dollars to eligible nonprofit organizations through a competitive application process. Funding supports programs and services addressing key local needs such as homelessness, poverty, neighborhood revitalization, economic stability, intervention and prevention services, and community services aligned with ACCGov strategic priorities.

Eligibility

Legally formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located in Athens-Clarke County and directly serving ACC residents may apply during the annual application cycle.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be a legally formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Athens-Clarke County.
  • Organization must provide services that directly benefit Athens-Clarke County residents.
  • Applicant must submit audited financials, CPA-prepared statements, or certified profit and loss statements if annual expenses are under $100,000.
