About this program
NYC M/WBE certification helps minority- and women-owned businesses access City contracting and purchasing opportunities, including retail goods, supplies, apparel, beauty, specialty products, and commerce services.
Eligibility
Businesses at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by eligible minority or women owners and meeting NYC certification requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants submit ownership, control, business, tax, and supporting documents through NYC SBS.
