Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses independently owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, including qualifying women owners, that meet federal DBE or ACDBE rules.
Requirements
- Operate as a small business under applicable DBE or ACDBE size standards.
- Be independently owned and controlled by qualifying disadvantaged owner or owners.
- Submit the Oklahoma Uniform Certification Program application and supporting documentation.
