Utah SCSEP provides work-based training and skills development for unemployed Utahns 55+ from low-income households as a pathway toward self-employment or paid employment. Operated through Utah Workforce Services and AARP Foundation partnership.

Utah residents age 55 or older who are unemployed and meet income criteria (approximately 125% of federal poverty level).
